Our origin
We didn’t start a new firm to be like every other law firm.
We started White & Black to be different and to serve our clients’ needs in a more impactful way.
The firm experienced significant growth and was acquired in 2018. In 2020, however, we bought the firm back to take control of our own future. This was a challenging time, but it taught us valuable lessons and strengthened our conviction to deliver something extraordinary and break away from some of the conventions of traditional law firms. We don’t just say we’re different: we think and act differently, and our team and our clients experience this difference every day.
The firm was originally created to specialise in technology (as you might expect in 2007), but to date, we’ve worked with over 40 sectors, including design and engineering, manufacturing and supply products.
Today we deliver stellar legal expertise, commercial advice and exceptional value. We redefine the way lawyers deliver their expertise and how they’re perceived. Our North Star continues to be reimagining legal services for a new era. We challenge convention to deliver the maximum value and ultimately help you achieve your transformation objective.
