I’m a Partner and a corporate lawyer, specialising in helping our clients build, grow and realise value. I work with owners and leaders at every stage of the business lifecycle, across a huge variety of sectors.

This can involve advising entrepreneurs on raising funds to commercialise their brilliant ideas, business owners looking to realise the value of decades of hard work by selling their business or multi-nationals expanding into new markets and territories by way of acquisition.

 As a business owner, I face all same the risks, rewards and opportunities that my clients do. That ownership mentality is the driving force behind why and how I do what I do.

It means I ask questions, interpret answers and provide advice in a way that is solely focused on what is required at that moment in time to move the matter forward.

I have spent nearly 25 years working with clients on acquisitions, disposals, investments, joint ventures and restructurings across multiple sectors and jurisdictions.
