White & Black has recently advised long standing Norwegian client, General Oceans, on its acquisition of ocean technology specialist RS Aqua.
General Oceans is a leading global innovator in ocean technology, with an expanding international turnover of £62 million. The company has successfully completed numerous acquisitions in the underwater technology market, including Tritech International Ltd in 2022 and Klein Marine Systems in 2023.
