White & Black recently advised innovative recovery assurance technology provider Predatar, on the acquisition of its Managed Service Provider subsidiary, Silverstring Limited, by UK-based IT services provider Celerity.
This acquisition brings Silverstring’s deep expertise in data protection and cyber recovery assurance to the Celerity family. Combining these complementary strengths will create a truly unique service provider, with the ability to help customers tackle pressing challenges around operational resilience.
The agreement cements a long-term relationship between Celerity and Predatar, and as part of the deal Celerity will become a preferred Predatar Apex partner for the UK market.
Predatar remains a separate entity under the continued leadership of its Founder, Alistair Mackenzie. The deal will enable Predatar to accelerate innovation and growth, and to strengthen its position as an innovation leader in the market.
