White & Black is delighted to have assisted the team at Nium in the conclusion of contracts with major European airlines for the supply of its Nium Airline Payments service. Clive Bramley from White & Black helped support the Nium commercial team and in-house legal department, bringing the contracts to conclusion after detailed discussions and negotiations with the airlines.
The service allows the booking of airline tickets and payment to the airline outside the usual industry “payment rails”.
Travel agents and others generate tokens and have them validated through Nium’s proprietary systems, linking with Nium’s industry partners.
The innovative combination of this technology and regulated payment services it provides to the travel agents means that Nium can enable airlines and their customers to transact at a fraction of the cost of more established booking and payment methods.
