As Head of Workspace and Technology, I’m responsible for making sure the firm’s workplace, systems, and technology work smoothly, securely, and reliably. I look after both the physical environment and the day‑to‑day tools people rely on, from IT infrastructure and suppliers to facilities and operational support. My focus is on ensuring everything works together in practice. I take a hands‑on, practical approach and tend to be the person people come to when something needs fixing, organising, or making sense of. I value clear communication, dependability, and quietly keeping things moving in the background so teams can work with confidence and ease.

 

With over 10 years in management roles, I have a solid grounding in handling complex operations within fast-paced, high-stakes environment. This has shaped the way I work today – practical, people-focused, and always looking for ways to enhance and improves processes for the wider team.
